Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) is the average revenue per customer multiplied by average customer lifespan. The LTV:CAC ratio should be at least 3:1 for a healthy business. Net Revenue Retention (NRR) measures revenue from existing customers including expansion and churn — top SaaS companies achieve 120%+ NRR, meaning they grow even without new customers.
