Terms and Conditions
Services Offered: The Payment IT Services Company (hereafter referred to as Apex Byte provides various payment-related IT services including but not limited to payment gateway integration, payment processing, fraud detection, and payment security solutions.
Service Agreement: By engaging the Company’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any additional terms agreed upon between the parties shall be documented in writing and appended to this agreement.
Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Fees may be based on a fixed price, hourly rate, or as otherwise specified in the service agreement. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered shall be made as per the terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Confidentiality: The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, including but not limited to sensitive financial information and business strategies.
Intellectual Property Rights: Any intellectual property developed or used in the course of providing services shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes shall be communicated to the Client in writing.
